Do you park well in the area? There is outdoor parking, with a large part of the covered spaces, the cost in summer is € 13 / day, € 10 / day for 5 or more nights (from June 22 to September 9). In winter always 5 euros / night. You park well in the area.
4. What kind of views do the rooms have? Cost?
The views are to the sea and the Coto, sea view and side sea view cost
5. Do you have late check out? Cost?
There is late check out, it depends on the season and subject to availability.
6. What does the TI include?
There is not
7. Do you have menus for celiacs or lactose?
There is a menu for celiacs and menus adapted to those allergic to lactose.
8. Can you change dinner for lunch at MP?
You can change dinner for lunch on a HB basis (as long as it is the same for the entire stay and notifying at least 2 days before arrival).
9. Do cots cost? Can 2 cribs fit in 1 room?
If we have. 5 euros / night, it is confirmed by putting it in the observations. Payment is made at the hotel upon arrival. You could see the option of putting 2 cots in exceptional cases.
10. Is the pool open?
From late spring as long as the weather permits until at least September 15, the closing date is generally extended as long as the weather permits (depending on weather conditions). At the moment it is open according to weather forecasts. The new 1 semi olympic 25x12 and another splash with small children's attractions, the old ones are not in use. (confirmed to October 2020).
12. Do you have a buffet? Includes drink?
Buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Does not include drinks except coffee and machine juices in the buffet breakfast. In summer there is also a children's buffet. It is an assisted Buffet whereby the chef serves the customer, the customer cannot touch the food because there are transparent panels to improve security in times of pandemic. It has informative signage of good practice and recommended itineraries. There is also reduced capacity.

There is free wifi throughout the hotel (also in the rooms).
16. Maximum capacity? 5pax even being a baby?
In the standard room the maximum capacity would be 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. You cannot fit an additional baby. Family room: 2 adults + 2 children + additional baby. There are 4 beds.
17. Are the children 2-12 years old?
3 years old is a child, 12 years old is an adult. (Confirmed with Maria José for reservations).
18. Gym cost?
Free for customer use.
19. Animation for children / adults all year round?
Eco-club and activities from June 22 to September 16 approximately (from 4 to 12 years old). There is free nursery from 6 months to 4 years (max. 15 children). There are also workshops in the afternoons and activities for children. There is a minicine and minidisco every night. Activities for adults. All free. Night entertainment Friday and Saturday in winter season. (except COVID19 related exceptions)
20. Breakfast, lunch and dinner hours?
Breakfast: 8.00-11.00h. Lunch: 13.30-16.00. Dinner: 20.00-23.00h, in COVID season, possibility of modification of schedules during the pandemic.
21. Measures of the extra? Are they comfortable? Folding type?
1.20m sofa bed is comfortable, if there is a problem you can put a more stable mattress.

Very few. The 1 m beds are two beds together. A small percentage of the total can be adapted to married couples. The sofa bed is 1.20.
24. How far is the beach?
Direct access through the pool areas, about 2 minutes. Doñana beach.
25. In what year was the hotel built?
He is 30 years old, from 1990. Last major reform in 2006. Subsequently, since 2014 deep reforms and investments have been made annually.
26. Availability?

27. Connecting rooms?
Yes, it has 8 family rooms, you would have to call reception to guarantee it. All overlook the sea and some are on the top floor. Also 10 connecting rooms, some with side sea views.
28. Rooms for the disabled?
