Our Training and Capacity Building Program, in addition to offering development opportunities to employees, incorporates environmental education and reduction and reuse methods.

Animation activities

The customer experience incorporates environmental education through animation with the aim of offering a new dimension to their holidays and a deeper understanding of the destination chosen by the customer.

Save the Loggerhead Turtle

In this activity we teach children about the impact of plastics on the ecosystem and possible solutions, through an activity to rescue the Loggerhead Turtle, which is in danger of extinction. For each participant in this activity, Gran Hotel Del Coto donates €1 to Good Karma Projects, an NGO dedicated to environmental action, education and awareness.

Sustainable Masterchef

We also believe in reducing waste through entertainment. To this end, a Sustainable Masterchef is being held at the Gran Hotel Del Coto, where children have fun learning to cook recipes that reuse food from our restaurants.
